Service - Deacon Jones Chevrolet Buick GMC of Clinton

Deacon Jones Chevrolet of Clinton service dept is a joke. They had me doing an oil consumption test every 500 miles. Not only was it dangerous and putting my child and myself in danger if the car had gone out on the highway but it was also poor quality of workmanship and attitudes. They never checked the check engine light that was on to tell them the real problem. Eventually the turbo on the engine went out spreading shards of metal through the engine and I had to have it towed, and thankfully when I bought it the finance manager insisted on buying the 100k warranty. Now it is in another shop being repaired and I will NEVER go to deacon jones no matter which dealership it is. Personally, I feel a complete overhaul of the whole dealership would be helpful in rebuilding business.

Josh in Service was totally helpful and attentive to my issue. He found the problem with my headliner and is taking care of it! He makes me want to stay with Deacon Jones!!
