This is the best service experience I’ve had at a dealership. Ben was my service advisor and he provided constant updates and support. The entire team is professional and It’sho beyond daily expectations to satisfy the customer, I will be returning for all my service needs to Big Star Cadillac.

Big Star Cadillac has always demonstrated the highest standards in their company's work ethic. Their Service Dept, especially Bobby demonstrates highest caliber of Customer Service. They're all so attentive, helpful, and well-informed. We're always confident about the care our vehicle will receive. We really appreciate the free car wash included in each visit.AND we've never had any complaints. We've recently had to avail ourselves of their Concierge Service. The Big Star Cadillac service department is the best!! I struggled with a huge electrical problem that another Cadillac dealership was unable to fix for 2+ months and several tries. I was actually on the verge of trading in my car and taking an enormous financial hit. I decided to try Big Star Cadillac as a last resort.
