Service Department at Ken Garff American Fork Ford

My truck needed some pretty extensive repairs done. Max worked with me through the entire process. I was very impressed with the great communication and efficiency. He answered all my questions quickly with texts and kept me updated until the job was complete. I took my truck to a local shop in Saratoga Springs first thinking I’d get a better deal. Turns out they mis diagnosed the problem and wanted to replace both my turbos. Max and the team at Ken Garff found the real issue, and saved me $6000 for a job that wouldn’t have even fixed the actual problem. I’d recommend them any day. The video review of the issues they find is really valuable, and helped me gain trust in the work they recommend.

I took my truck in to get an oil change and that was good but when they rotated the tires they damaged a center cap on my wheels causing the cap to break off during normal use. I’m not sure how they took off the wheels during rotation but the damages done to my wheels were directly done because of how they were handled at Ken Garff during my last visit.

The service department is great to work with. They keep me informed about what is going on, and get things done in a timely manner. They even stayed a bit after closing so I could get my car that evening. They are up front about costs so there is never any surprises. I will keep going back.

Communication was top notch! Sent videos to my phone, showing me issues and possible upcoming issues. We needed the vehicle repaired quickly and they did everything to make sure they're could get it back to us as fast as possible.
