Service Department - Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County

Two visits (Oil change/Tire rotation and warranty replacement of a special order piece of trim) to this Service Department so far and both great 5 star experiences. From the greeting on arrival to the service writer Rancel to the technicians working on the vehicle everything is top notch. Great quality work and car was returned as clean as it was when I handed it off. The turnaround was as quick as promised. This dealership shows how great service can be! While Gettel is a bit further from my house than Ft. Myers I will pick Gettel for my next services every time.

My first vehicle came from Gettel as a teenager. I have been a customer for decades. I’m also a disabled Marine war veteran. Your company paid thousands of dollars to install an electric vehicle charger, to encourage people to buy electric cars from you. To get them in the waiting room while charging, to sell them a car. Chargers are listed online. Not being able to charge can leave you broken down on the side of the road, requiring a thousand dollar tow. It is extremely rude to deliberately block off the charger by parking a vehicle across the entrance so it cannot be used. It’s far ruder to call the police on someone legally looking to use a listed charger, causing absolutely no problems. I used to be a licensed police officer in this state, you are car salesmen. Called for an oil change appointment and got one for same day! (I've lived in Key West and you had to wait a week to get in to the Chevy dealer.) Drove into service area. Was greeted right away and shown inside to next person who wrote up oil change and two additional items I wanted done. I felt I was being listened to. Waiting area was large and clean. I was in and out in 90 minutes. Much better than previous experiences at dealers.
