It was less than 40 mins. to change oil, rotate tires and add air. I will only allow dealership to take care of my car. Wait time was enjoyable snd hospitable with coffee, beverages, and fresh popped corn with wide screen TV. I felt safe in my vehicle as I drove out!

The express lube team is efficient and has great customer service! They did a multi point inspection on my car for free and recommended brakes. I always feel safe behind the wheel with them.

Our car was spotless when I brought it in for oil change and a dirty mess when I picked it up. Seat had mud spot on it too! Our car has never been that dirty.

Service department did not write down what I told them was wrong so nothing got fixed. They had my truck for the whole day.

*Another update, about a month later* My wife received a call from one of the managers and it seemed like they were going to try to somewhat make things right and reimburse us for part of the amount that we paid. "The check is in the mail," she was told, and somewhat unsurprisingly, we've received nothing after a few weeks. What an embarrassment of a business. Stay far away. *Update 4 days later* We brought my vehicle into another local shop and didn't specify what specific repairs were suggested. We were asked if any service had recently been done. Not only were the suggested repairs unnecessary, but several bolts were not tightened leaving my car "completely unsafe to drive." They did a simple alignment.
