Horrible, my ignition system was replaced, they handed me back two keys one for the ignition and the original for the door. When questioned why; they stated “my insurance did not approve it”. I asked did you tell them? The service department reply, “ the adjuster was supposed to know.” With a very rude woman interjecting from the back office into my conversation in the next room. I left the car and informed them along with my insurance that substandard work was not what I was paying for and I should not have to tell the dealership that I wanted my car back with a one key system. The service department kept my car for an additional two weeks to recode the door lock as this is the old system and not that of a chip key, and that they did not have the means to repair their own product, nor

Service is usually good and quick but pretty expensive. Also, the third time now my car has not been washed even after I requested it and also had some kind of lubricant or oil smeared on the front driver side fender. Last time I brought it in for an oil change, they were supposed to check all the fluids. None of the fluids were filled up as I was low on windshield washer, fluid, and coolant, which I only noticed because my battery died a week later. When the repair shop came to jump, it said the battery was Very old and should’ve been noticed because they’re only good for 3 to 5 years and it was a 2018. Makes me wonder how thoroughly they check everything. How would I know?

They were very informative.. my advisor kept me up to date with my cars service.. they were finished with my within two weeks tops bcuz they had to wait on my parts to be delivered but other than that I was very satisfied with the service repair and all the advisors who helped me out.. THANK U SO MUCH!
