Unprofessional Behavior at Gas Station by SSM Maintenance Employee I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience with an SSM (Southwest Service Maintenance Inc.) gas station maintenance worker. I was waiting for a gas pump when an SSM service truck pulled up and tried to cut in front of me. I lightly honked to signal I was already waiting, then pulled forward to hold my spot. Rather than communicate or act professionally, the SSM employee blocked my access to the pump. After a long and awkward wait, he started whistling loudly, got out of his vehicle, and walked inside the station.
