Service Street Tire & Auto Repair - Snellville

Wonderful service. We hadn't driven our truck in 1yr do to the cost of the repairs, for just 1 part. They made it possible to fix EVERYTHING in an affordable price. Turns out we had to have 3 major repairs done instead of the 1 we thought. Everywhere else made it seem impossible to fix our repair. They keep you informed every step of the way. I ❤️ how they text your with all the updates and additional repairs that needs to be done. They even sent me pics of our worn out brakes and spark plug. I'm not mechanical savy, but they helped me to understand what the pictures were showing. They have earned my business for LIFE.

I took my car to Precision Tune on Stone Mountain Hwy. and worked with Geovanny who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained and showed me everything related to the service I needed. He worked around my schedule to ensure I was able to get timely and quality service. I can tell that my car is running better after the service provided so I feel well at ease. Thanks Geovanny!

We took our car here for a simple thermostat issue. Now it is smoking, cutting off and low oil pressure. I am livid! Been without are car 7 days at pick up and now another week. Never ever ever again Service street! Don’t call corporate number either, no one calls back when you complain. You will be held responsible for a new motor if that is what this is! You did it!

I can’t say enough good things about the Service Street staff. The service writer David made us feel comfortable about our issue and assured us we were in good hands. The service tech alerted us to another issue and allowed us to take a closer look. Our car’s issue was fixed. While the car was being repaired Service Street paid for a Lyft, to and from our home. Super happy we took our vehicle to Service Street.

I’ve been to this Service Street for at least 3 years but I’ve always came with my brother. This time my alternator went out and I had to go by myself. I called and was greeted by David, who gave me an idea of what may be going on and set me up with a same day appointment. Once I was able to arrive, David was even more personable in person, we talked and shared more stories about different cars. Service Street only took 1 day to order the piece and install it.
