Service Tire Truck Center- Bethlehem, PA

I had a shuttle bus I acquired from auction towed to STTC Bethlehem on Monday afternoon on 9/8 for transmissions issues on recommendation from my usual mechanic as my bus was too tall for their garage. Prior to having the vehicle towed, I called and talked to Don in Service who said they would maybe be 2-3 days out from being able to look at it once it arrived. He mentioned they'd start with checking the trans fluid since the described symptoms could just be low fluid. A couple of days passed, so I called to check in later that week and they did not get a chance to look at it. No word by early the following week, so I call to check back in and get the same response. Things happen; I get it. Purchased 6 new Michelin tires for my RV a few years ago. These were very expensive tires. Service tire could never balance them. The RV shook terribly at speeds over 55mph. Had it back to them several times since purchase to try to rectify. They even replaced the fronts claiming they were defective. Still no better. Took tires and wheels over to McCarthy tire. They said there was internal balance inside and exterior rim weights. Had them balance them to their recommendations. RV is smooth as silk at all speeds. Called service tire back and spoke to manager Ryan. He assured me he would take care of it and help me out due to this nightmare and costs associated with this. That was the end of April. 8/21/23 Blew a company recap! I-84 and hwy 6 in Pennsylvania. They gave me an 1.5hr wait time and showed up on the dot, literally had the new tire on in 20mnts. Really nice tech, super friendly. Call these people you won’t regret it.

Inconsiderate drivers. Caught this one hanging out on the park taking up 3 spots. This park is used by a lot people who work nearby to take their lunch and most sit in their cars. There's a small handful of shaded parking spots and this person was selfish enough to park in THREE spots. Edit: Owner's response is not correct. This person was not here for 20 seconds. They were there before I arrived and at least 30 minutes thereafter. The time is also incorrect as this photo was taken around 11am. Also, it still disregards the selfishness of parking in three spots.
