These guys are AWESOME! One of you company drivers hit a deer and busted the radiator. They got us into shop right away and replaced the radiator under 4 hours. The prices is more than fair. My husband, daughter and I were traveling through town on our way to the airport when we hit a pot hole in our rental car. We knew we did some damage to the bottom of the car. We pulled off an exit and looked around and STTC was right there. We thought it was our best shot but knew we’d probably get turned away. We walked in, told them about the situation and how we had to catch a flight and they kindly told us they would take a look. Within TWENTY minutes we were on the road again and all was well!!! We were completely shocked how amazing they were!!! They didn’t want to charge us so we left a “tip”. I wish we had a service center like this back in Utah!!! We couldn’t get over how kind and helpful they were. Thank you to all who fixed the car and helped us catch our flight on time!!! The

This place is exceptional. The entire team at this location was super helpful, even going above and beyond to help me out with a major breakdown and getting me back rolling in good time. Full service shop from tires to mechanical right beside the pilot truck stop. I have not crossed paths with people this helpful and genuine in years. This is absolutely a must call for any repair needs in the Hagerstown, MD area.
