Settle Tire Co.

The folks at Settle Tire did a great job for us. We dropped the car off for tire replacement on Sunday evening. They called almost immediately after they had opened Monday morning and asked permission to perform a wheel alignment as well. It was done and ready for pickup by 10:00AM at a price that was less than I would have expected.

I greatly appreciate Settle Tire Employees who were kind, thorough, and efficient. They replaced my tires with great tires and they fixed the air pressure light that kept coming on - Plus, they took care of the annual state inspection. I dropped my car off Sunday night and it was done by 9:30 the next morning! I highly recommend Settle Tire.

They were great I had a air leak in my tire and they fixed it promptly. The price was absolutely reasonable. I will definitely go back!

I came in concerned about a wheel bearing, because there was a slight rumbling noise coming from the rear wheel area. They diagnosed it as a transmission issue and said I would have to take it to a dealer to get the whole transmission replaced. I am glad I did not do that. Instead, I had a friend take a look and he found a screw in the rear wheel that was making the rumbling noise I heard (see photo). I called them back to ask what they looked at, because to me it felt like I had spent $77 for nothing. They assured me that they checked the wheel bearings but heard something else related to the transmission. I have noticed nothing to do with the transmission, but I will update my review if that changes in the next few months. At the end of the day, I would have been happy to spend $100 to

Settle is my go-to in Charlottesville -- honest and no surcharging. They once even recommended another shop to me for replacing my axel because they knew they'd have cheaper/better service for that job. Can't get more honest than that
