Everything was good and nice at the beginning. I asked to put the driveshaft back in and the lady over the phone said she will ask the driver for it. Few hours later the tow driver said he needs some liability waiver and the lady that does this waiver already went home... first of all - what kind of liability waiver is that? you guys took this driveshaft down, you are already liable for any damage done to the driveshaft/transmission during towing process... second - why you did not prepare everything in advance as i asked about it 3h prior the truck arrived to the destination? It is YOUR responsibility to ASK YOUR DRIVER regarding the waiver bill in advance, not WHEN 30MIN LEFT TILL CLOSURE AND YOUR WAIVER EMPLOYEE LEFT... and because of your poor time-management i had to pay extra 150$ fo

I'm highly recommending Seymour's towing from the time I talked to Kelly in the office to the time that Jesse brought me to my friend's vehicle that had passed away in the accident he helped me find his personal items and they were both very respectful and super nice. Another thing Jesse found my friend's wallet which still had his credit cards and money in it. To me it shows an honest company and awesome integrity. Thank you both for making this bad experience into something very memorable for me by your compassion.

Seymour picked up my vehicle after an and the driver accident was excellent. Both friendly and competent. Told the driver that I would rent a car and continue my journey. Ten days later the office at Seymour called me to say that they had been charging $48/day to leave my vehicle in a lot with junk cars, and that now I owed $480 plus the $280 tow fee. Was not notified beforehand that there was a charge for leaving the vehicle, and there was no paperwork signed when the vehicle was picked up. I offered to pay the money they said I owed and said that I would have a shop pick it up. Seymour told me that they only accepted cash. I explained that I was working out of town and was 360 miles from them. Asked if they could accept a credit card. They refused and told me that my vehicle would not be

My cars brakes locked up. Jesse came to the rescue in immaculate timing! He was extremely professional with my car, made sure it was well taken care of getting onto the rollback, and off once we got home made sure everything was perfect! Thank you Jesse, and thank you Seymour’s!!!!!
