Very sketchy place! They refused to sell me a vehicle because I wanted a private mechanic to check over a vehicle to make sure it was a good buying decision. RED FLAG. I did this to protect my money and because of seeing poor reviews from others. I would go elsewhere to buy a vehicle to avoid buying a potential problem vehicle. Most dealerships will let you take it to your mechanic or allow your mechanic come to dealership to double check things. If they don't? RUN!

While his customer service isn't the best. He did sell me a grate car 2004 Highlander that I have had for 2 years with no issues and vary patient with payments times are hard for all and it thank Matt for that.

My husband and I got a 2012 Nissan Altima from these guys back in may and had issues with check engine light and was constantly in the shop the 1st 2 months of having it the check engine light was a issue during warranty and is a issue they should be reliable for and refuse to fix it,today still having same issue, my personal mechanic said it would cost me more to fix the car then the car is worth, so today they can come pick up this pos. There problem now

UPDATE- sent email June 13th and my father Finally got the lien release in the mail September 25th. My review 100% still stands, go elsewhere this place is not worth the hassle and aggravation. One star is too many than these people even deserve. I’m not into writing bad reviews but I’m hoping this one can help others avoid this place like the plague and avoid the hassle, aggravation and being belittled by grown men. My father is 67 years old and handicapped with a broken back. He bought a 99 town car locally off an elderly gentleman, and there was still a lien on the title from Seneca Falls Auto LLC. DMV still let him put it on the road as it was paid off and said for him to reach out to the car dealership to have the lien release sent to him by mail, not a big deal as I’ve also had this

I do not recommend buying a become from SF Auto. We’ve had issue after issue in dealing with Matt. He’s rude and a liar. Still waiting after over a month for our registration. Doesn’t even bother to clean the car or attempt to make it look nice when you buy it. We’ve had to fight tooth and nail for problems to be fixed (check engine line and an engine code) it was finally fixed but the back and forth and not having the vehicle needed took a month. Matt made it sound like he was doing us a huge favor. Seriously avoid this place at all costs.
