SFI Trucks and Financing

Customer Service Review for SFI I recently interacted with SFI for customer service, and I would rate my experience 1 out of 5 stars. My account administrator , Amy Reese, did not seem interested in helping. She was consistently late for scheduled phone calls and appointments. Instead of completing the full process in one session, she only handled items in sections, which caused unnecessary delays. I had all the required documentation ready and available, yet I was repeatedly asked to wait until the next business day for the next step. 3pm and still no follow up communication. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inefficient, and I cannot recommend SFI based her interaction.

They are a scam. If you want to get a truck, try another company—do not use SFI. I had to return the truck due to many issues and unresolved problems , I canceled the lease agreement, but they continued charging me truck payments even after the cancellation. They constantly lied. Total scam. do not trust them

This is a SCAM. SFI deserves a negative star review. If you are considering dealing with these loan sharks just know that they will track your money for you. S in SFI stands for Schneider so if you roll out with them you are screwed. If you've heard the term " you're in the big leagues now" you are getting screwed. When you hear MMA account just know it's a way for them to hold your money. The balloon payment is real $50,000. $1,050 plus a week is real. My down payment was $1,500 but keep in mind if you don't pay a down payment your truck won't be ready. The bigger down payment the quicker your truck will be ready. They charge $6,000 to return the truck out of your MMA and $6,000 dollars to produce the title. Thanks SFI for taking my money and ruining my life 🙃.

Do not buy any trucks with lease to own options from SFI. They are big scammers in the truck industry. They keep you charging even though the truck broke down and they force you to maintain the insurance for the broken truck during repair period ( for example: you must pay insurance and weekly truck lease payments even though you truck is at the shop for couple months). It is a big scam …..

Ballon payments. If and IF you sign on it’s a scam. They only pay the principal amount for the truck. You still have to pay the interest AFTER completing your lease. Equipment had a coolant leak and wasn’t properly inspected. But hey that’s what happens when you leap before you look trying to get into this trucking business.
