Shaner's Automobile & Truck

Apparently I can't leave zero stars but I would if I could. I was billed for an A/C estimate. They said they would get back to me. After a huge runaround and months later they say they can't get parts. I researched for 5 minutes and found parts. This place will gladly take your money but will not take the time to help you if the corner store doesn't have the part. After all they are no longer Shaner's...they are Cash's Auto Body. They've gotten all the Cash they are getting from me. I would advise you spend yours elsewhere.

Reasonable prices, haven't tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs, seem to be trustworthy people, always polite. So far so good! Make an appointment, go here and it will likely be a good experience. I'll keep going back.

BEWARE!!!!! Body Damage done to my car!!! If you ever use this shop. Take picutres of your vehicle sad that we have to do this but its better to save you a headache. I got engine repair done here and it was some damage done to the body of my car during the repairs and i called the shop and they were stating that it didnt happen here and wasn't their fault but i just bought the car less than a month ago no damage what so ever got my car back today with deep scratches and a spot that looks like they backed into something scratching my paint.

Easily the best garage I've ever been to. Have taken my car here for all of my needs ever since I got my first car. Highly recommend.

Jim Shaner ran a first rate shop never sold you repairs you did not need. Jim passed shop has been sold the jury is still out.
