I strongly advise against doing business with this mechanic. I was charged $10,000 just to install a clutch in my truck, which is far beyond a fair or reasonable price. To make matters worse, he left my transmission and clutch outside of my truck, unfinished and exposed. This experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and felt like an attempt to take advantage of me. I have pictures as proof of the condition in which he left my equipment. If you value honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing, stay away from this business.

Warning: This place is a scam, and I was a victim. I called them to tow us to their posted address, but that’s not their real location. They hide their actual address to cover up all the negative reviews. Their real address is 1763 Stanley Ave, Andalusia, AL 36420. The address listed on NTTS is fake—they haven't been there for years, and the parking lot doesn’t belong to them. All those negative reviews are from other victims who got scammed. Because we didn’t know the real address and were misled by false info on NTTS, we couldn’t verify their legitimacy and ended up getting scammed. They gave me an invoice for $21,000 to replace the driveline, 2 airbags, 2 air hoses, and a sensor—which is 5 times what it should cost. I told them I’d tow my truck somewhere else. ⭐ 0 Star - Very Disappointed I had a very frustrating experience with Shannon Bryan's Auto Body & Towing Service. Not only did they charge me an excessive amount of money, but they also failed to fix my truck. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was shocked to see that the parts they had worked on were not even reassembled. On top of that, they charged me $275 just to open the shop gate — a fee that was never discussed beforehand. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The lack of professionalism and transparency was unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or reliable service.

Avoid dealing with this company at ALL COST, they give you one price over the phone, but then once they get your equipment a new price emerges with a bunch of crazy fees and charges added on top, they then hold your equipment hostage untill you settle. Use anyone else but these people.

*****I give this 5 stars***** Shannon Bryant and his team came to the rescue when we hit a deer 5hrs away from home at 8pm on a Saturday night. Our vehicle and camper had to be towed. The deer busted the radiator, air conditioner condenser and transmission cooler. They also drove out of their way to take us to the nearest hotel. Good trustworthy people, very professional and respectful. Shannon got our vehicle repaired to where we could drive it home and checked on us making sure we made it home safely. Special Thanks to Shannon and to your team. I feel like they went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this company.
