John Reis and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road, and that meant more to me than I can say. Worst car dealership mechanic! I bought a vehicle and within the first week have had nothing but issues. Everytime I bring it to them they dont fix anything , they will lie and say they did but really didn't, they will charge you service fees when they dont even do theyre jobs correctly. Sold me a car with no oil in it , 7 months later now i have blown head gaskets and no warranty. Have to do oil changes every 500 to 1000 miles , that's insane. And oil piston rings are bad as well. All this work is going to cost me more then my down payment on this car.

I still have the car which I love I really do. Initially when I got the car everything was smooth and sailed. Drived off same day. Now life is living and I got be behind 3 weeks. So Mr. Reynolds’s left a very disturbing message containing condescending and patronizing remarks and down right insulted me by talking to me in an aggressive egotistical manner. Told me flat out he was gonna call the repo man and that was it hung up. On me. I called the receptionist got all caught up w payment and assured me everything was good.

I took my car a week after purchasing it because it was getting wet and at the same time so they could check it underneath in the front part because it turns out that for them everything was fine but it turns out that this car's warranty expired and now it is worse on the front part The front part wants to be dismantled and I called and they told me that the car no longer has a warranty, well of course when it had it they told me that the car had no problem. Conclusion they already know when the car starts having problems

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! Biggest regret of my life… showed me high miles cars because I’m a girl and the mechanics will fix anything but the actual problem. Rude mechanics also.
