Shasta Way Car Wash

Ran out of tire cleaner in 5 seconds and hose was ducted taped and leaking soaking my shoes and pants, let alone there was very little pressure to achieve the cleaning i was hoping for. Have never had very good luck here with their cleaning product actually being available. But you dont find out until youve already paid.

Double charged after having to switch stalls due to inoperable equipment in the first stall I chose. No way to contact staffing to correct charges. I was unable to complete vacuuming due to the appropriately placed vacuum also being inoperable. I will no longer waste my money here since ensuring proper maintenance of equipment is not a priority.

Staff so sad but car wash machine is ok. I usually dont go these washers but handwash. But overall wash quality not good. Photos after the wash.

Hand held brush is weak at best and barely took anything off, you have to put more time on the machine when you swipe a card every 2-3min kind of a pain when your washing, brushing a whole truck. In perspective i spent $25 on this wash i should’ve done it at home…

Does a good job if you’re looking for a quick rinse or wash. There’s no way to dry your vehicle unless you bring towels. It’s a good do it yourself wash.
