I had to have both front fenders, the front fascia and hood replaced. One of the fenders has dents in it, from being forced into place. The paint has bubbles and runs in it. A better job could have been done with a spray can. All the body gap lines are way off. The hood is so poorly installed that I'm getting warning beeps that the hood is open. I'll have to take it to the dealer to get that fixed. I complained to Shaw and took the car back. After a few days, they called and said the car was ready. As far as I could tell, the car was still the same. They had also damaged the weather stripping on the windshield, and simply left it there. I have never seen more negligent work performed by a body shop. Maybe they have done good work for folks in the past. I will take my business out of town f

It's a body shop not a hospital. It's not going to be spotless. If you go into a body shop and it is clean, then the workers are doing more cleaning than they are working on cars. The messier a shop ,the more business they are getting..
