They weren't busy when I showed up, and yet I was greeted immediately which shows that Joshua Berry was on the lookout for potential business. He and Robert Galbreath did great with their safety callouts and worked quickly to get the job done and suggested and offered, with requested explanation, optional services.

My first experience and it went great. The guy that changed the oil was awesome he explained everything and kept me and my daughter laughing. Awesome service will definitely return.

The staff and new manager were very knowledgeable and friendly. They Let me know about everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I would definitely recommend this Place of businessto anybody. Great customer service positive attitude. can’t get much better.

I had a pleasant experience. My tires were showing signs of low pressure. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice female employee who asked me what I needed. After explaining the situation about my tires, she checked each tire. She found that all four tires needed air. She gladly filled my tires with the much needed air! This was done as a courtesy. I’m so thankful that we have them in Cheraw, SC!

Excellence in Customer Service! Had a tire go soft yesterday and James aired up all my tires at no cost. He spotted a nail in my tire and pointed it out to me. He also offered to help me swap it out for the spare. After a brief evaluation, I elected to run it as it was. James gave me a vote of confidence and I was on my way. 14 hours later I arrived safely at my destination in Lima Ohio.
