Unable to purchase a replacement part from this dealership because their system keeps flagging the transaction as high risk. Told that it is a company policy direct from ownership. They have no work around??

Ordered a part that was supposed to be in stock. 1 to 3 days to get it and they put a hold on my card for $800. Five days later they tell me it's 3 to 5 days. Well it's been five days already. Why would you blatantly lie to your customers? Obviously it's not the first time. Definitely don't do business with these people Consuelo Vamos. Can't stand a liar. I work hard for my money and I get treated this way. Not again

Ordered a $350 replacement tv screen for an Escalade. They shipped it for $20. USPS lost it. The dealer tells me to file a claim and the dealer will not help with the problem. They encouraged me to file a claim with USPS which would be for $100 worth of insurance. Totally not concerned that I am going to be out $270 (with shipping). Dealer was happy to take my money but don’t care if I don’t get what I paid for. No wonder Amazon does so well. Honestly I was shocked by how little care they have about it. Am I accountable for not selecting more expensive shipping / insurance. Maybe. I wasn’t told the shipment wouldn’t be insured for the cost of part.
