Took my Toyota Grand Highlander there for a driver side door estimate. They told me they’d call me later that day with the price. Waited a whole week. Kept getting the runaround. Never called back. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I definitely will choose a different Auto shop. I have a Honda that needed a clutch. They had a week to order the parts. Shay's picked the car up,6 days after notifying them, had the car 7 days after that to only do the clutch.I am finally able to pick the car up and I drive out of the parking lot to see that the ABS light is on and the brake light is on. Both were not on prior to going to Shay's. Those lights have never been on at all. I call Shay's and the lady tells me she can't "find anyone " and she doesn't think they would have touched anything to do with that. Completely unprofessional, the place is a disgusting mess and chaos.

They go above and beyond with their attention to detail, affordable prices, and their flexibility to make sure your car gets back to normal. Been a customer for 10 years and they will always make sure your problem is solved.

They are so nice. They get everything done whenever you want. They’re really nice people there. I trust them 100% if you wanna get your car there and get it fixed, I recommend them
