I did not have a good sales experience at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. Many promises were made concerning pickup and transport of my purchased vehicle from a sister dealer in VA, but none were fulfilled on the timeframe promised. Many excuses were used. I was hung up on by a sales manager when checking on the status of delivery and sales staff was not apologetic nor did they own up to their mistakes. I relayed this to the customer retention person during a follow-up call and was told I would receive a call back from management, but a week later there has been no call received. I can't recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle and I don't plan on visiting again even for service or warranty work.

Bought my car here, and have decent sales team but Horrible service department. If you have to go here for service expect to wait minimum 3-4 hours just for an oil change. Said they rotated my tires but checked once I got home and they weren't touched. If you tell them you will leave you vehicle and come back it goes to the bottom of the pile and could take all day. ALWAYS tell them your going to wait, then it might only take 3-4 hours on a good day but be prepared to wait far longer. Worst service department at a dealership Ive ever been too. No loaner cars either but they will take you home.

Bought my car here. Experience was ok. However, service here needs improvement. There is no shuttle service even if the website says it has. Waiting area is not sanitary. Furniture is not wiped down or cleaned after multiple uses. Waited over 2 hours for an oil change because of constantly short staff. The wait would not be so bad if there was shuttle services. Car wash and cleaned after the service is better done by my teenage kid. Not vacuumed. Car wash was not thorough. Was going to give 1 star. But the Service Rep Clyde.was good and efficient despite being extremely busy.

Brought Hyundai in for a recall repair. Waited for car bcos we live 45 min away. Waiting room very crowded at 11:45 am. Expected wait time 2.5 hours so we asked for a ride to shopping across the street. Got some Christmas shopping done & called for a ride back...driver showed up immediately. Waited a good while after we returned (3.5 hours all told) only to find out they didn't have the part & we have to come back. Gave us an estimate for other repairs we already know are needed but aren't crucial. Everyone was very nice but why did it take 3 1/2 hours to not do the repair? Probably will go elsewhere for recall repair or will try to get an earlier appointment. Ride service was saving factor, otherwise it would have been miserable.

I had put off seeking a service because of the cost I assumed would be involved. I decided to simply inquire about the cost so that I could budget it. The service agent had never heard of the problem I was told (by a mechanic) that I needed. She said she look it up and consult with another agent. She asked to see the car, fixed the problem and with a smile, waved me away. All that worry for nothing! Thank you, service department and Sheehy!
