I’m the wife. I took the car in. My first second of walking in the building, I felt at home. May appointment was for 0800. They took care of me the moment I walked through the door 0735. They listened. They were respectful. The waiting area was clean, fresh donuts, TV had an interesting show on. There was a cappuccino and coffee machine. 20 minutes after me being there my representative spoke to me about a partial diagnostic (explained). 20 minutes later came back with a full diagnostic even physically showed me what the problem was. I was probably out of there within an hour and a half. I think I will continue to go to Hagerstown Sheehy for all of my services.
