Shelby's Service Center

I have dealt with a lot of different auto repair shops over time, and have to share my experience with the staff at Shelby's Service Center in Texarkana. I have a vehicle that was throwing several different codes and each could have reflected different issues, and was expecting to pay hundreds in repair costs to address each. They got me in quick, and resolved the issue with a simple scan and reset. Where I was painfully prepared to spend a lot of $$ to address, because others would have charged a lot to address each issue, the team at Shelby's reflected a sense of honesty and professionalism that is far too uncommon these days. Because I know I can count on their professional integrity, I will definitely be calling on them whenever needed in the future.

I had a good experience at Shelby’s. They are kind of pricey when it comes to the labor fees, but they work fairly fast. I rated them 5 stars because there was an issue with a fuel injector that they replaced, and they reimbursed me the diagnostic fee I had to pay another mechanic to fix the issue.

Friendly, trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and polite employees. I trust them completely with my vehicle. They have never lead me wrong. When they fix something another thing doesn't brake. I'm sure everyone has had that type of experience with other places but you won't have that happen at Shelby's! They even put with all my questions no matter how small or simple they are. You won't be disappointed! 😊

Shelby’s has been giving me the best prices on my favorite brand of locally made tires and some of the best tire-buying experiences in Texarkana for the past couple of years.

You can always count on Shelby’s they are the best at what they do no one could figure out what was wrong with my car but Shelby’s did now my car runs like a brand new car I will never take my car anywhere else.Also it didn’t cost me a arm and a leg not to mention how caring and polite the staff is they deserve ten stars!!!!!!
