Was walking a long haul walk and went to the doors of the shell station at around 12:30 am or so. There are 2 other people waiting outside and one of them was ringing the service button to be let in. None of us said anything bad about the worker and we said we know the pay is bad. The worker looked at us and kept doing things by the coffee machines and about 2 minutes or so after I walked up the dude hit the button and let us come inside the store. I asked if I could leave my small day pack by the counter so I could use the bathroom real quick. Dude instantly caught the nastiest attitude I have had the displeasure of having to experience when I was never rude and made sure to ask if I could leave my daypack instead of just walking in and going to the bathroom with it. I had all the respect

I was charged for extra items that I never had, but when I spoke with the manager, I was told that somebody would reach out to me and nobody ever did granted, it was only $2. And 98 cents, it's the principle if this cashier is doing this to other people How much Money is she getting away with. All they had to do was look on the camera and see that I only had one product and was charged for two customer service down the drain.

Travis was nice and friendly and helped me quickly with a smile which is hard to come across in these strange days.

My daily routine starts with getting my coffee and chatting with Fred for a couple minutes. He always has a good word and is very helpful. When he's working this Shell is probably the best ran in the state in my opinion. I'll go out of my way to get my gas and do business here.

This is Seriously Unfortunate that I Have To Leave such A negative review and I’ve been a Long term customer of shell gas station for Many Years But Today , 9/18/2024 around 3:20 in the afternoon I came into the gas station located at 808 44th St SW, Wyoming, MI 49509 I Paid For $20 in gas at pump number 14 and I received NO gas in my car when I arrived at the gas station I was on Empty completely and I really needed that gas I was on my way to pick up my children I went back in the gas station and notified the attendant that something is wrong with the pump I was on I explained to her that I pumped my gas and NOTHING came out I asked her to check the pump and informed her that she could also check my gas meter so she could see I wasn’t trying to get over but she was extremely rude and dis
