These guys did what I thought was impossible. The Mortal Combat Brothers pulled my car hauler semi out of a bad situation. These guys were professional, polite, and prompt. When the going got bad, they never lost their cool. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Awesome job guys. Thanks Gary Watson 👍

He was amazing and very helpful. He heard that we were going to get coffee and he by change had an extra drink from the place we were going to go to and offered it to us. It was yummy. I would recommend by name 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!

Disappointing experience. I waited over 4½ hours for a tow that was originally estimated to arrive much sooner and never arrived. I understand delays can happen, but there was very little communication during that time. A Realistic timeframe would have made a big difference or just simply rejecting the request would be good.

He told me he would be here in 15 minutes, a half hour later I called him and he said it would be five more minutes. I ended up calling him back five more times over the course of two hours and he never showed up. I do not recommend this service.

I was on vacation driving through New Mexico. My car died on me didn’t know what was wrong. I called Shelps Towing and had to wait for 4 hours. Tried calling back multiple times but no response. Finally I called another towing company and they came to my rescue in 30 minutes. Who ever runs this towing company is not reliable, unprofessional and definitely wasted my time and money.
