I have been coming to Shelton Car Care for 5 years. I can't praise the staff and the service I have received enough. Melissa and Dwayne at the desk and others, whose names I can't remember, are consistently kind and accommodating in every respect, each time I have been there. It's so refreshing as a customer to experience such a willingness to be helpful. Staff have even driven me home and picked me up when the car was ready a few times. The mechanics also go above and beyond to serve the customer. They have taken time to do a quick inventory, free of charge, of different issues with tire pressure and loose brake lights. I brought my car into their garage without an appointment. I told them that I worked in the area, lived quite a distance from their shop, and would appreciate it if they could be done with the repair when I was ready to return home from work.
