Went here on a Wednesday late morning, and the service was started immediately. Quick work, and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to pet two very adorable dogs. Free basic car wash afterwards, if desired.

We have gone here for years but never again. Last oil change they charged me for window washing fluid but used dirty water. I went back for help with this mistake and the manager was rude and abusive. They emptied the reservoir, and gave it back to me empty. She refused to refill with what she claimed was their real fluid. (Obv. she wouldn't because it wasn't real and easily prove her lies.) Then come to find out later that other stuff didn't happen right either. Two strikes for "mistakes" that benefit the shop and a big strike for the woman being agressive, rude and combative for no apparent reason, and you're out. Kiss this customer (multiple vehicles) goodbye forever.

Always great service and good people to deal with. My whole family does their oil changes here and they have for as long as I can remember. We've never had a bad experience.

I want to start of by saying I love Shelton's. I'm a young guy, I've only been driving for about 3 years now but I have always gone here. The guys and girls who work here are nice folks and get the job done efficiently and with great care. I've never once doubted their service or reliability. On top of their service, their prices are good too! After you get your oil changed, they offer a free car wash! If you need your oil changed, it's gotta be Shelton's!

I've been going to them since the 90's. NEVER had a problem until December 16th 24. The female oil change person wanted me out of my truck. I tried to explain that I was a disabled veteran and needed to stay. My back and neck are damaged with nerve issues and spinal issues in the back. She bullied my wife with the rack may fall from an earthquake and the electricity may go out. Simply for those bologna reasons alone, I will never return. If your rack is so unstable,why don't you say so. If I had realized that prior, I wouldn't have wanted my truck up on it. Sad days y'all, but 👋
