I went to get an alignment and at first yes they fixed the issue but being that I got in my car and as soon as I left, my steering wheel was crooked I called them to fix my issue and they told me to come back the next day, I came back the next day And they tell me that everything‘s fixed the guy took my car for a ride, but whenever I got in it, my steering wheel was to the right a half inch which is very noticeable the car wants to pull to the right. At first they fixed it but the steering wheel was off the second time I go in they fix the steering wheel but it’s still off a little bit. And it went back to doing what it did to me in the first place. Our sales person was Missy Heim and she was amazing!! So extremely helpful!! I had got into an accident and was trying to find a new car quick as I was also 36wks pregnant. My husband found a 2022 Honda Pilot that was just listed!! She was able to get us in that night to see it! With us still having to deal with insurance for the process of getting the money she was able to help us hold the car till the insurance was able to finish their process with our car assessment. With Missy’s help we were able to get our family back into a Honda pilot with even lower mileage and a newer model than our old one! And she even assisted us in getting running boards for our new pilot too!! Super thankful to have had her assistance through this process and now our family of 5 can travel safely again!!
