This was my first time buying a truck and Armando and everyone at Shepard made the experience so easy and straight forward. They got me in the exact truck I wanted and were just wonderful people to work with. Next time I need a new vehicle, no doubt I'm going back to Shepard.

Also worked with Bill C, also with excellent communication and very easy to work with. This team is top notch and suggest buying from them. I bought my vehicle and I live in Florida. We've purchased one car and take two cars in for service to Shepard Toyota. The service advisors and sales team were all and continue to be very friendly and willing to go above and beyond when necessary.

I recently got all 4 tires and alignment handled here, as well as a control arm replacement. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced at Shepard, for the quality of service and value of the work they provide. They even gave me a loaner vehicle for the weekend, truly grateful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible service. My wife and I purchased a truck from them and they were incredibly rude, ignored my wife, and only talked to me. Kid you not, the sales manager sat down, shook my hand, introduced himself, and asked me questions about my job. As if my wife didn't exist. The truck they sold us, they lied to us about what kind it is, which we just found out now as we are trying to get rid of it. If you're looking for a car, AVOID SHEPHERD! Go just accross the street to Key Ford they are far nicer and don't work for commissions.
