Beware if you’re going to look at that 2007 dodge Ram 3500 dually - drove over an hour to go see it and instantly seen it has a power steering leak and oil leak. Oil leak looks like it’s just a ring on pan that needs replaces simple fix- but power steering block was replaced and is not holding power steering at all! Mechanic lied to me about it to my face when he came out and looked at it, said he never serviced it but carfax says different. They later admitted they did work on it after being confronted about it. Said it would cost 2k at their shop to fix it. - so they know what the problem is and are not fixing it lol before they sell it. Bwing a large dealership I expected so much more! I will say the sales staff was nice considering I was not happy and pretty pissed off - sales departme

We absolutely loved this place! I usually HATE car dealerships. I don’t like when everyone rushes to force you to buy a car the whole nine yards. This place though is amazing! They do not all sworn in to get you to buy a car. Everyone is pretty laid back and they really try to do whatever they can for your wants and needs. We have a really amazing salesman named Trevan he was so kind and patient about everything. Also a manager Patrick worked like crazy trying to get us a good deal and they did! This will be the only place I get another car from.

serene was an absolute ANGEL during our entire encounter. she was funny, charming, and she really does care about her customers! she really sold me on this car and i absolutely love it. this whole place was nothing but amazing people and if you’re looking for a car i recommend here! especially serene!!

I'm 65 years old and have bought at least 20 cars, I was spoiled and able to do that. My experience with Serene and the man that handles the warranties were outstanding and some of the best I've dealt with. Definitely Straight Shooters and I would buy from them again. Serene went out of her way to help me with this car as I am now a disabled veteran with a head injury there are things that I was not able to do where she picked up the slack
