Male service advisor on my most recent visit somewhat gruff, and poor people skills.
Service department lady made mistake when calling for customer. The wrong car was serviced. She got a attitude about the mix up. I have been coming here for years servicing my vehicle. This is probably the last time I will come to Sheridan Nissan in New Castle DE.
Sheridan cares!! Not many do….where customers matter…the first 2 dealerships kinda blew me off ( didn’t believe I had $ to buy a car so I went up the hwy and Sheridan bought my car and now it’s service at Sheridan Nissan for me
