Sherman Oaks Car Wash

My car is a month old so mainly needed vacuuming and wiping down the interior which they barely did. Water spots on mirrors and windshield. Didn’t clean the trunk or sunroof. Didn’t vacuum the back seat or dump the trash can. Didn’t wipe down the console and managed to spill some white liquid in it. I will never be back here. So over priced and awful service. They guy had my car “wiping “ it down for half hour. Tipped him $10. Gave me attitude when I said the back wasn’t done. Awful business practices

⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 if possible) Paid $19.99 for an inside & outside wash just before 9am. Returned over an hour later and large parts of the interior were not vacuumed at all (floors, seats, between seats), and nothing was wiped down. I gave constructive feedback because I genuinely wanted to help the business. Instead, the owner was rude, argumentative, and dismissive, and refused to look at the car or photos. I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just the service advertised and paid for. Poor management and worse customer service. Not recommended. Save your money and don't let him ruin your good vibes.

Accidentally spilled gasoline inside the trunk of my car and after washing the trunk, couldn’t get rid of the smell. Brought my car into Sherman oaks car wash and let them know of the problem. They k ew exactly what to do and went the extra mile if completely washing the interior and cleaning the spill. Thanks!

Overpriced and under delivered service. These guys charge a $100 dollars (not including the tip they demand), while doing a mediocre job cleaning your car, AND give you a smart aleck attitude about any questions or requests you have. For a triple digit price point, you'd expect them to actually clean the interior of your car thoroughly. When I got back in, I saw that they did not wipe the dash at all, nor the screen, nor the speedometer or the steering wheel. I ran my fingertip through it and it was still coated in dust. The screen in my Tesla was still covered in dust and fingerprints, meaning they hadn't wiped it down at all. Upon asking the manager if they actually wiped it down at all, his snarky response was: "Of course they did". Actually its "of course they didn't". I quest

Paid $300 for full interior and exterior wash job. Exterior was fine but the interior was lacking a lot of attention to detail. Left my mats wet in my trunk I had to go home and dry them off and go over everything again with a microfiber rag cuz there were water spots everywhere. I know a mobile detailing guy who could have done better by himself for less than the 3 guys bumbling around with dirty rags. Would not recommend and will not be back, was not worth the price
