Best mechanic shop experience ever (first time at this shop). I had taken my car to another shop for leaks that I wasn't sure of and was told something different than what Sherman's reported. Days before Sherman, this same shop replaced a cv joint where I spent 6+ hrs in the shop waiting (I was pissed bc they had inform me that my car would be ready before noon. Wished I had found Sherman's first). The leak work was going to take 8+ hours which meant I had to leave my car overnight. Sherman's provided a courtesy ride to and from my house. My car was ready the next day - afternoon. I received updates and suggestions via email and text. Did I think they were reasonable in price 🤔...don't know bc labor is expensive and being a woman I am not sure what it would've costed at another shop. But

Great experience with Sherman's so far. I was looking for a shop that would service my Smart car. They did a great job with the repairs at a good price.

Took my Expedition to my usual dealer for mtc and they told me I needed a $4700 torque converter. It sounded high to me so I found Sherman on google with 4.8 stars. He told me that he would see if it needed a flush and filters first. He was correct and that saved me $3900. He was upfront from the beginning. Thank you Sherman Auto repair for the great service. Sherman’s Auto Repair truly stands behind their work and their customers. I initially took my truck in for electrical system service, and when I picked it up, it started fine. However, by the time I got home, it wouldn’t start again. Understandably frustrated, I called Sherman’s, and they immediately stepped up. They towed my truck back to the shop at no charge and took care of the issue swiftly. Antonio was outstanding—he reassured me during a stressful moment and made sure everything was handled properly.
