Very quick & knows his stuff! I'm particular about my cars...& when my regular mechanic left his shop in KW, I was at a loss! I work close to this shop & it's very convenient to drop off. Reasonable prices & quick responses to questions, etc. My cars have found a new mechanic!!

Best, most reliable and honest shop/owner. The owner is always quick to get my truck in when I need something and gives detailed estimates for work. Highly recommend Shifletts and will never use anyone else as long as he is around!
