I discovered Shipman Auto repair about 5 years ago, after I bought a 72 Olds Cutlass. I was looking for a place that works on Classic vehicles. Not all auto repair shops work on older vehicles. Mike Shipman has worked on my car a number of times. Always with the utmost care of my vehicle, as well as straight forward honest treatment and the knowledge/experience to get any job done with Outstanding results! I've also taken my everyday vehicle to Shipman on numerous occasions for a variety of maintenance. One being a teardown and rebuild of my motor over two years ago. It's been running Great ever since. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else to have maintenance done!

Took a vehicle in to get A/C issue fixed. Was advised the diagnostics would require evacuating the AC system and then recharging. Fee around 280.00. They could not find the issue. Picked up vehicle, still same problem. Took it back. They charged and ADDITIONAL 150.00 to tell me the compressor is going bad. This should have been included in the initial diagnostics fee. Never going back!

Went to Shipman Auto Repair for the last few years , they do an amazing job at fixing vehicles and giving great prices . They are here to help and sure do !! I recommend them as an auto repair shop to anyone who is in need of work on their vehicle .
