They are AMAZING!! I got in a car accident a couple months ago and was nearly totaled. At Shoemaker, they took in my car with already a full schedule on their hands and were able to save my car from being totaled out completely. Of course, right around this time, COVID is breaking out and everything begins to shut down for essential-only business. This caused a delay in my car being repaired, beyond what my insurance was willing to pay for my rental. Shoemaker offered and paid for the extension on my rental to ensure I wasn't left without a vehicle! They are so polite and they do incredible work! I'm very very satisfied with this company and WILL come back here for any future needs on my vehicle. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I couldn’t possibly give them anything but a 5 star review, I would give them more if I could. I’ve dealt with this company twice now, once as an out of pocket, once via insurance, both fantastic experiences. The first time I used them I paid out of pocket and they were the best price of all the quotes I received, and the fastest quoted turnaround. They were fantastic to deal with, and delivered on their promises to the penny and to the day. The second time was a bigger job through insurance, and again they didn’t disappoint in any way. When I picked my truck up it looked incredible, down to the tires being shined.

Less than one star would be an appropriate rating for a company that has had our vehicle for almost 5 months. We dropped of the car on 6-3 and this is what it looks like on 10-27. My wife went to check on her car in person after repeated lies from the owners stating that they were waiting on a part. NOT TRUE. They haven't even started working on it. The inside of the vehicle is disgusting and going to need to be detailed. Going to speak with my insurance adjuster and figure out where to take it now that we know for certain that Shoemaker Collision can't be trusted.

I had Shoemaker collision paint a grille, fillers, moldings, and handles on my Chevy dually. The color match was perfect (it's not a GM color.) They also painted a grille for my Sierra after a hawk flew into my truck on the highway. Both times the work was performed on time and for exactly what I was quoted. I recommend all my family and friends.

Best service experience I have ever had! From the time I stopped in to get a quote on a side mirror that we needed to replace, to picking up our vehicle after the work was completed... Sam went out of his way to ensure he would take care of me. And he went above and beyond! Though it was a small job, Sam's communication was amazing! We received a fair price, updates on estimated completion, and they even finished before we expected. Sam walked out with me to my car as I left and after I paid, to ensure I was happy with everything. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Sam and Shoemaker. We will be referring anyone we know that may need car repairs to Shoemaker. Great experience from start to finish!
