We are NOT happy. 1 day after getting the car, the check engine light comes on and goes off whenever it wants for almost 10 days straight. 2 weeks after we got our dodge journey from here it had a manifold leak. Clearly that was the check engine issue. At this time we barely drove the car anywhere. They replaced it. However 3 weeks later after we already went past the 1,000 mile warranty they provide. (Because I had to take my daughter home to Florida had no choice she was stranded here) It’s been one thing after another. Brakes so rusted the pad literally broke off while we were driving. So we replaced them. Check engine light comes on. Says oil change. Go to get an oil change and there is almost no oil in the car and to our surprise NO COOLANT. Went today and the salesman Lee was absolutely amazing helped me find a car that was save and secure for not only myself but also for my family. I couldn’t have asked for someone some better today I drove away with a 2014 ford escape titanium.
