Don’t do it. Several years ago we had a car serviced at Shorty’s. Had a great experience and were treated with fairness and honestly. The price was good, too. Fast forward to the new ownership and they’re giving Shorty a bad name. Not at all like the place it used to be. Communication is non existent. You’re lucky if you get someone to answer, and if you do, you’re told they’ll call you back with prices, etc. They don’t call. They closed for a week to go on vacation but didn’t tell their customers. When we couldn’t get in touch with anyone, we drove to the shop only to see a sign on the door that said they’d be closed for a week. In all, they held our car “hostage” for months, always promising they were getting the parts, but the parts never materialized. The old Shorty Anderson’s is long

Recommend 10/10! I came in for the first time because I was hearing a squeaking noise and figured it was my brakes. Previously I had went to NTB since it was the first place I could find, and I was told I needed new brake pads and rotors for the front and rear also got quoted around $1,100. I came here for a second opinion, and he told me my brakes and rotors were fine just a little rust which is what is causing the squeaking. Told me to come back in a couple of months and even put air in my tires and had me out in less than 1 hr. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. It's hard to trust mechanics with your car as a girl it was nice to know I wasn't being lied to and scammed. Great place and super friendly staff definitely recommend.

Shorty’s is outstanding service! I’ve been taking my vehicles and family vehicles there for years. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and recommend Shorty’s to others!

Shortys is the only place i bring my truck for repairs these guys are honest and always tell me what i need and what can wait great prices honest mechanics highly recommend. Ive referred them over to family as well.

Communication was a bit lacking as they said a few times they'd call me back but I would just wait until 30 minutes before they closed to call them back for the couple days they had my car, they still picked up and communicated everything they needed to tho which I appreciate. Other than that I got my brakes replaced, oil change done, and a sunroof drain unplugging and it was reasonably priced. As a younger woman I get stressed that I might get taken advantage of but I didn't get that vibe here which is nice.
