Was searching for an honest repair shop to repair moderate damage to my car. I went to a few of my insurance's partner repair shops and was not satisfied by the 5 minute quote and minimal information. They were just quoting and trying to repair as little as possible for the insurance company. Stumbled upon this gem of a shop Shorty's Automotive & Paint. The process was so much easier, with Shorty (Mario), you only have to speak with him and he does the repair work as well. He carefully looked over the car without taking it apart and gave an estimate and notified me that there could be more repairs, but assured me it will be covered and I would not have any out of pocket expenses. 7 days later the car was repaired.
