**response to shop's response** The shop is lying. They never made anything right for free. I took it a different shop. In terms of 12K 1 year warranty on new tires, please judge the veracity of that for yourself. *** I would like to share my experience dealing with this business. I have been taking my cars to this garage for a few years now, mostly for things like state inspections and repairs. A couple of years ago, I took one of my cars there for a state inspection, and the tires either didn’t pass or were close to being considered worn out, so I decided to replace them. The shop gave me a quotation for Michelin (original dealer-installed tires – car was just outside dealer warranty – bought as certified pre-owned). Since the cost was high, the manager/owner suggested I go with Prinx

Great service and reasonable prices? I was very surprised how much a synthetic oil change is. I also had a inspection which my headlights were a little bit off and he fixed those for free. I was there for 45 minutes awesome job and nice mechanic with sense of humor. I asked her if I could have my car towed to her shop if I have a problem.And she said, without a problem, you can have it towed here, there are envelopes outside.Put your key in and write your information on the envelope.That is comforting to me.Seems I have AAA and I will know where to go. I apologize for the long review which it is very much worth reading.

George was very helpful. I came in for an inspection and he identified an exhaust issue. He looked it over and was able to get the part and car fixed and inspection ready in an hour

It's difficult to find reliable mechanics who do not overcharge or make you think issues are bigger than they really are. I have been to several mechanics in my life and I can honestly say that Showcase Auto is the best, most reliable shop I have ever been to. I have been regularly taking my vehicles there for years now and everytime I have a pleasant experience. I feel like they are always right on the money or below what I expected to pay. I send all of my family and friends to Showcase Auto because, apparently, every body else is also having a tough time finding reliable and honest mechanics.
