Just got an oil change from this place. Felt very ripped off. I have a ford edge they told me I needed synthetic oil (I don't and it's not the recommended). Then they charged me twice for the removal of a skid plate when I don't have one. They clearly wrote down I have a turbo 250 eco boost (that’s the make and model of my dad’s truck and my little se ford edge).... Normally this would be a 40$ oil change and it came out to 75$. Just as a girl going into a car place you will get taken advantage off and will not feel safe.

I had an oil change, and it was a total nightmare! I took my car to this shady shop that had really cheap prices. But boy, did I regret it! They were so slow and unorganized. They took forever to even start working on my car, and when they finally did, they made a huge mess. Oil was spilling everywhere, and they didn't even bother cleaning it up properly. On top of that, they didn't tighten the oil filter properly, so it started leaking as soon as I drove off. I had to take my car back and get it fixed elsewhere. It was such a hassle and a waste of time. I learned my lesson though, and now I always make sure to go to a reputable place for my oil changes. Trust me, it's worth paying a little extra for a good experience!
