Shults Auto Group

After looking high and low for the perfect car, i finally found it at Shults Auto Group! I set up my test drive online, and made the 2-1/2 hour drive. I was greeted by Torrey Johnson when i pulled up, He knew my name and what car i was there to look at, which was refreshing being in an unfamiliar place. We took a test drive and on the way back saw a huge buck cross the street in front of us, not car related but cool non the less. I had to be back on the road by noon to get to my bus run (I drive School Bus), everyone worked quickly and professionally, Karen Jackson the finance manager made everything streamline, and i felt very comfortable from start to finish. Went in highly interested with a loan already ready to go. I walked inside was pointed to another employee who then pointed me to another employee. Clearly not motivated to make a quick an easy sale. I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

THIS IS AN UPDATE!!! ****READ SHULTZ EXPRESS TiRE AND LUBE OLEAN, NY!!! *** I had these guys put a power steering pump in and I was flat broke. Had my parents help me out. They added parts and labor and still messed up the job. Well I hope you hit your moneys worth because I kept warning you I was gonna do something about it. YPUR MECHANIC had the lines crossed and the one nut cross threaded and barely on so I was painting the town with power steering fluid. Even the school made a comment to me about getting it fixed I said I just paid ALMOST $600 to get it fixed. Anyways guys at J&R auto fixed it for me. Hasn’t leaked one bit since. BUTTTT NOW it’s acting like it’s gonna go like the last one. Thanks Shultz for continuing to let me down. I’ve written the reviews. N

I called to schedule a bronze detail that was part of my advantage package when I bought my car. I asked what all was included in this detail and how long it would take. The lady who scheduled me told me 30 mins. When I got there Cassandra laughed when I said I'd wait for my car to be done. She said it'll be 2-3 hrs. I said not what the lady on the phone said. She laughed at me again. Then after over 4 hours of waiting, I went to check on how much longer. Cassandra laughed again at me as my keys have been sitting on the counter. But never came to waiting room to tell me my car was done. Horrible service. Plus the employee behind desk in waiting room had her mask on but on her chin. Not covering her mouth or nose. But asked customers to put their masks on. 😷 ridiculous!

My 19 year old sister took her car in for service only because it was a dealer only repair. Was told to return at another time for pick up. Pretty easy instructions except when she returned, at said time, nobody acknowledged her for 15 minutes in the building. Sales and service both walked past and made eye contact without saying a word. Ibe personally walked into the ford dealer and the chevy dealer and been greeted by no one for more than 5-10 minutes. The dealership is all about making money. Customers come around everyday for them so they think. What they don't realize is most of the locals do business Elsewhere!
