I had such an amazing experience today at Ed Shults in Jamestown, NY that I had to leave a review. I went in to trade in my lease and had an appointment to test drive a Subaru Forester. From the moment I arrived, everything was already perfectly prepared — the Forester was fueled up, mirrors changed out, and ready to go. Took me in for a last minute oil change and tire rotation. Nice waiting area and they got me in & out in a timely manner. They even sent a video to show my Tires, Brakes and under carriage of my vehicle. Excellent service!!

Called to ask if it was OK to have my car towed in for them to look at--hadn't had any problems til it got stuck in deep snow. Then it simply quit running! t was a Thursday and they had no service opening til Monday but they were agreeable to accepting the car (which allowed us to clean up the drive). A few hours later they called and said some cancellations allowed them to look at the car that day--had our car home by that evening! What a relief!! Running great!

Came and picked up my vehicle in a timely manner and preformed the services needed and returned car in timely fashion. Staff very supportive and kept me informed of service and return of vehicle

Not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend going here for service. I went there today to have my rear speakers checked because they weren’t working and I also asked that they check my memory seats. It was $175 just so have them run diagnostics. Turns out the cable to the rear speakers was unplugged and needed to be reconnected. However, when it came to my memory seats they stated they were “unable to duplicate the customer’s concern.” I am perplexed by this because the memory seat function doesn’t work at all so what was there to duplicate? None of the buttons do anything. To me that is a little worrisome since they clearly don’t know what they’re talking about. So basically I paid $188 to have a cord reconnected.
