Absolutely horrible. Violated Virginia laws regarding auto repairs. He wanted me to pay to set the timing belt that he installed in May 2023. I took the car back immediately and told him that the code was still on my dashboard until he set the timing belt this month. Furthermore he purchased parts without authorization. Refused to me give a written estimate and a itemized bill. He also disconnected the master window switch without my approval and told me that the car was safer to drive. However, he also disconnected the 3 windows that did work. He also told me he purchased a crankshaft sensor; again without authorization.

This is a wonderful place to do business. These folks assisted me when I had issues with my car when I flew up hear from Charleston South Carolina and picked up a car from another place then the car broke down. They were willing to buy my car when no one else was and we're willing to assist me in getting it to their location when my car had issues and was unable to drive back home to South Carolina. I highly recommend them they were honest with me through the whole process and did an excellent job at taking care of me.

I don't know how this crooked person got good reviews this man stole $700 and still has my vehicle 1 year later won't return my calls is never at his shop hes a terrible person and karma will get him.

Seiko is a really good guy. Great mechanic! Honest. I highly recommend him
