Purchased a Rattler 200i from Siegfried's Motorwerx, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience and process. Very fair people and honesty that is hard to come by. If you're in the market for a Scooter, give them a look and support a local small business.

I had a great experience with this shop. Initally went in the end of August just to look at in stock scooters. I had a million questions. All of which Eryan answered kindly. He never made me feel like my questions were stupid or tried to rush me out of the shop. I left that day without a final decision on purchasing. I made a decision and decided to go with a different model I hadn't even seen or asked about initally and had a few additional questions. Again he answered them quickly (via Facebook) and efficiently. The entire process to get a scooter ordered and picked up took less than two weeks brand new. Eryn got me all set up with my first scooter. Walked me through the bike and fitted me with a helmet and gloves. Customer service is great as I called to buy a genuine roughhouse while he was out of state. He responded quickly and got me all squared away. Definitely recommend and will use again for my scooter or cycle needs!

I came in looking to buy my first motorcycle. We talked about the bike I was interested in, they gave me a lot of information. Not only did I learn more, they gave me a great deal on the bike(which they put new tires on)and some gear which we went through and picked out. I really appreciate the help and delivering it too! It made my first experience buying a bike seamless.

Great shop! Bought my first new scooter here, after months of research and visiting other dealers I was so happy to find a dealership that’s truly gave me the time of day! I also went back to them and bought some parts to service my new bike and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions about how to change the oil and do my first service! Great shop, so happy I FINALLY found a good scooter shop!
