Worst customer service experience, I called at 0915 Hispanic gentleman man answered. I called to schedule an appointment to have my truck worked on. I kept repeating myself over and over he could not hear me. I asked him if he spoke Spanish he said so I communicated with him in Spanish but due to the background noise he could not hear me. I decided to hang up the call because it’s poor communication and customer skills

Javier and Adrian are the BEST!!! Helped me with a latch issue and we're fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

They did a great job on my wife's Toyota. Very friendly & welcoming. Where most shops had a 3 month wait list they were able to get us in and fix the car in less than 3weeks. Plus they work with GEICO which is very rare in Reno with most shops.

They were amazing! I got in weeks sooner than the other shops, it was finished when they said and my car looks brand new again. Adrian does great work and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
