Our experience with both sales and service has been outstanding! First SALES — our sales person was Steve. He was friendly, courteous knowledgeable and politely straightforward. He let us know right away the lowest price he could go with the new Arctic Fox 5th wheel that we wanted which surprised us because other dealers said “we can work out a deal” meaning haggling over the price. Steve’s price was lower than we anticipated or expected. On top of that Steve offered us more than we expected for our trade-in, sight unseen. We left without committing to a deal so that we could sleep on the decision. After a week, in which I contacted a couple more RV dealerships on-line in Oregon where Arctic Fox is manufactured to make sure Steve’s price was competitive, we called and accepted Steve’s

I worked with Steve over the phone on a purchase of a Wolf Creek truck camper. He was easy to work with and he had a Wolf Creek on order with the options I wanted. My truck was a short bed Sierra 2500HD. The price was very reasonable and was much lower than other RV dealers I had contacted. I waited for the truck camper to arrive, and then set up a date and time to come and get it. Everything went smoothly and Steve was great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly service tech showed my wife and me how things worked on the camper, and helped us put it on the truck. Overall, a great place to do business.

After much shopping my wife and I bought our Arctic Fox 29-5K from Sierra. It was a wonderful experience. Now after almost a year we had several warranty items to be taken care of and same thing. Great experience. Can't say enough about our sales lady Lee, or service team. We've been treated really well every time we interacted.

We recently purchased a new travel trailer from this dealership. Our salesperson was Dean. This was our first visit to this dealership and we were met by Dean who introduced himself. He advised us the RV'S were unlocked and for us to examine their extensive inventory and seek him out if we had any questions.
