Silver Auto Body Incorporated

I have going to Silver Auto for years. Alex and his staff have always been kind to me and my family. His prices and service is outstanding. Alex does excellent work to every car he services. He is just as good as a dealership, if not BETTER.

I went to the place to get my car inspected and when I got there the manager was not there and no one else could do the inspection but him. After waiting for 30 mins with another client he finally gets there. He goes on to assist the other person when I told him I was there first saying that the other person came from Parsippsny. Then he goes on to tell me if called ? When mind you there is no appointment required for an inspection. Furthermore, he tells me that I am not the one that pays him and that I can just write a complaint and this is exactly what I am doing. He was arrogant and rude I don't know his name but he was mid 30s tall tanned skinned Hispanic and clearly lacking customer service skills. For the other customer to wait for him too clearly he just leaves his business whenever

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never go here for service. I do not recommend this place. Call to schedule a CARCO. They answer the phone like I answer a personal phone call and tell me I have the wrong number. Then I call again and asked if this is Silver Auto Body then he answers yes and very rudely asked what did I want. I will never give my business to a rude business.
